Thank you so much, dear Scarf Addict!!!! it's so kind of you, an the pics are really amazing... Love, BM
ReplyDeleteI love these knots. I've been infatuated with the flower knot since I saw it but these options are really nice. I love the plisse scarves!
ReplyDeleteThanks Birkninmary - happy to help :-)
ReplyDeleteI do not have a plisse, but I love the way these are tied...very versatile and Hermes...sigh.
ReplyDeleteMerci Bonjour Madame!! I know I am glad I got a plisse which lead to more (of course!) :-)
ReplyDeleteHoTHB I'm sure you will get one one day - I had a nice new/unworn one off Ebay worth keeping an eye out for them! But the ideas can be used on any scarf really - just a case of trying out what works:-)
ReplyDeleteSo kind to take the time to post the photos. Any idea on which plisse is in H formula 290? I'm on the look out for one on eBay myself as I'm really appreciating the ripples which remind me of water in motion.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Maisie
Oooh no idea Maisie - looks a little like Puzzle but it could be anything being a plisse!!
ReplyDeletePlease help with opinions....I just bought an Hermes Plisse scarf Peuple du Vent in Noir and am terrified to use it with some of the beautiful flower knots I have seen. I would love to but am afraid I will ruin the pleats. Any thoughts??
ReplyDeleteOoh sorry Chris and Amy I only just saw your message - the plisses are just fine go ahead and do your flower knots the pleats will be fine - just roll up the scarf carefully and store it back in its box when you have finished wearing it. Don't be shy give it a try you'll be so happy with the results!!
ReplyDeletewow...nice topic you got there.
ReplyDeleteGlad you found something useful
