Les Parisiennes

This 2012 acquisition has to be the quickest sale Hermes ever made a few months ago!  I had trawled all 3 boutiques on my day trip to Paris in September but nowhere could I find what I was looking for until I got to the airport.  There was my scarf nestling in the bottom drawer of the display cabinet!  However this was not going to be easy- time was not on my side - the flight home was on last call- the Hermes boutique was full of Chinese businessmen trying out everything and all of the 3 SAs were tied up with them - oh no I am going to miss my flight at this rate!!!  Anyway I caught the eye of an SA and indicated to my watch - somehow, I don't know how, she managed to get away from the gentleman she was helping - she got the scarf out I had the quickest of looks/try on and bought it - yes I did get the flight home but only just although I was not the last one on the bus out to the plane -  Phew!!  So lets have a peek:-

Les Parisiennes by Kiraz.

Lots of "Parisiennes" adorn the scarf.
In Berlin Ku'dam boutique you can buy this exact
scarf but as a limited edition with sequins sown on
only in that store according to the SA - I was not
sure about it although I did not see it fully opened out!

Single knot/flip

Simple Cowboy.

After buying this scarf in such a rush I did wonder if I had the right cw and whether the pink would be better - I also like the black version. However I think this white will lend itself to lots of colours so I will stick with it.  Sorry I don't have more modelling shots!

  1. Great congratulation, dear Scarf Addict! We are the twins! The Parisiennes are so cute! I have bought this scarf in Prague boutique and I love its design and CW. I like it more than the pink one :-). My sister has the black version. I saw the a limited edition scarf with sequins in Berlin Ku'damm in November and I thought it was the cashmere and silk one.
