Paris from above

After my lunch I went out onto the second floor of the Eiffel Tower which affords spectacular views of the city:-
Champs de Mars
Ecole Militaire

Le Dome Church at Les Invalides
Sacre Coeur - Butte Montmartre

The River Seine

In the foreground Pont Alexandre III and behind

La Place de la Concorde/Hotel Crillon/
Tuilleries Gardens and Rue de Rivoli (to the right)

Montparnasse

Not sure where this is!

L'Arc de Triomphe

The Grand Palais exhibition hall, the Madeleine
Church and the circular dome of the
Opera Garnier can be seen in the distance
towards the top right corner of the picture.

The Trocadero

La Defense

La Defense close up -testing my zoom!

And the River Seine again.
